I started Bardane in 2004 with a vision of doing my part, however small, to help increase competitiveness in the American workforce. Over the years I have come to realize that many of the challenges we face are not so much caused by people not knowing what to do, but rather are results of a phenomenon that I call 'The Big Squeeze'...a confluence of emotional, financial, relational, cultural, and technological stresses that are increasingly harmful to all of us. This has led to a increasing numbers of good people under ever-increasing pressure, trying to make decisions without clarity, or working without good roadmaps. These people are contractors, coaches, leaders, families — all dealing with the same squeeze in different forms.
