About Bardane

I started Bardane in 2004 with a vision of doing my part, however small, to help increase competitiveness in the American workforce. Over the years I have come to realize that many of the challenges we face are not so much caused by people not knowing what to do, but rather are results of a phenomenon that I call 'The Big Squeeze'...a confluence of emotional, financial, relational, cultural, and technological stresses that are increasingly harmful to all of us. This has led to increasing numbers of good people under ever-increasing pressure, trying to make decisions without clarity, or working without good roadmaps. These people are contractors, coaches, leaders, families — all dealing with the same squeeze in different forms.

As a response to this, Bardane is evolving to become a resource for helping people work better under pressure. Most of what you’ll find here comes directly from my experience in the field, in leadership, and in the real‑world trenches where clarity matters most.
